🔁 Refund Policy – Affordable Bullion Ltd

At Affordable Bullion Ltd, we are committed to transparency, integrity, and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products and market volatility, our refund policy is as follows:

📦 Non-Cancellable Orders

• All orders for physical bullion (gold, silver, platinum, palladium) are final once confirmed and payment is received.
• We do not offer refunds or cancellations on confirmed orders due to live market pricing and immediate hedging.

🚚 Delivery Issues

• If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
• We will investigate promptly and offer a resolution, which may include replacement, partial refund, or credit.

🔄 Returns (if applicable)

• We do not accept returns of bullion products unless there is a verified error or defect.
• In rare cases where a return is approved, items must be:• In original, unopened packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
• Returned within 5 business days of approval

 

💳 Refunds (if applicable)

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are issued only in GBP, regardless of original payment currency.

⚠️ Exceptions

• Refunds are not available for:• Price fluctuations after purchase
• Customer remorse or speculative losses
• Delays caused by third-party couriers or customs
